# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under thirty minutes which is a lifesaver on busy evenings.
  • The buttery lemon sauce is so delicious you will want to spoon it over everything.
02 -
  • Overcooking is the enemy so pull the fish out just as soon as it turns opaque.
  • Lemon slices can burn quickly so keep an eye on them if your oven runs hot.
03 -
  • Let the fish rest for a few minutes out of the oven to let the juices redistribute.
  • Warm your lemon slightly in the microwave before juicing to get the most liquid out of it.
