# How To Make It:

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The runny yolk creates its own rich sauce when you break it over the cheesy chips
  • It transforms breakfast nachos from a diner novelty into something you will crave at midnight
  • Everything comes together in under 30 minutes but feels like restaurant quality
02 -
  • The chips will continue to soften the longer they sit under those warm toppings, so timing is everything for that perfect crunch
  • Room temperature cheese melts faster and more evenly than cold cheese straight from the refrigerator
  • A warm platter will keep everything hotter longer if you are serving a crowd
03 -
  • Use a rimmed baking sheet to prevent any cheese overflow from making a mess in your oven
  • Have your eggs cracked into a small bowl before cooking to avoid any accidental shells
  • Warm your serving platter in the oven while the cheese melts to keep everything hotter longer
