Spinach and Feta Flatbread (Printable)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 2 large flatbreads (naan or pita)

→ Sauce

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced

→ Toppings

04 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
07 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
08 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush evenly over each flatbread.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over flatbreads.
05 - Top with chopped spinach and red onion slices.
06 - Scatter crumbled feta cheese on top and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
